The Limited Company was established in 1995 by Brian Gibson who previously worked with AON for 35 years and was Chief Operating Officer of their Employee Benefit and Financial Planning division in the UK.
The main purpose of the business is to maximise investment returns and provision for 150 + clients.

	Brian Gibson, started in 1960 with Reed Stenhouse which later became AON, worked his way to COO. After 35 years he started up his own business from home where 16 years on all profits still go to charity.
	Pippa Watson, MSc, BSC Hons worked with DuPont EKC Technology Ltd for 8 years in Quality Control. As her family grew she changed her career and started to work with her father so he could pass on his passion for the business and continue the relationship with clients and their families for many years to come.
	Russell Allan, Pension Transfer specialist and a qualified Quantity Surveyor worked at Sun Life Financial of Canada for 8 years before starting at GPI in 2000.
	James Kerr Gibson – manages his family’s 16 properties in his spare time while learning and enjoying being part of the family business in the financial world.
